Smarter Balanced Assessment (SBA) - These exams are given annually to students in grades 3 through 8 and 11 in English language arts/literacy and mathematics. They are aligned to Hawaii Common Core Standards.

Hawaii Bar Examination - This exam is a requirement for those who want to become attorneys licensed to practice in Hawaii. The test is offered each year in February and July and can be completed on paper or electronically.
Hawaii Contractor License Exam - To become a licensed contractor in Hawaii, candidates must take a two-part exam. The first part tests competency in Business and Law and is required for all contractors and the second part is a Trade exam that is not necessarily required for all specialties.
Driver's Tests
Rules of the Road Test - This is a preliminary test that drivers must pass before they can take the driver performance road test and assesses a candidate's knowledge of the Official Hawaii Driver's Manual.
Driver Performance Test - This test is designed to evaluate drivers' abilities to parallel park and abide by other driving procedures, laws and safe driving practices.
