The Texas Higher Education Assessment (THEA) evaluates a students abilities in reading, math and writing for gaining entrance to public colleges, universities and private instutiontions of higher learning. A THEA paper test is offered five times a year at various locations across Texas. A THEA Qiuck Test is the same as the paper test and is offered by many colleges and universities.
