New Mexico Real Estate Appraiser Tests and Licensing - The Real Estate Appraisers Board requires all real estate appraisers to complete a written examination prior to receiving their license. The questions on the test are short response and constructed response. Candidates can not take the test until they have successfully completed their educational requirements. New Mexico Driving Tests - Drivers who have never been licensed must pass a vision test, a written test and a road test. They must also pay a fee of $18. Teen driver's are issued a provisional license and must have it for 90 days without any violations before they can receive a full license. |
